INTRODUCTION
My creative journey began at Cégep Ahuntsic, where I first discovered the power of turning ideas into visual stories. What started with paper, pencils, and raw imagination quickly became a calling. In an era before computers dominated the creative process, I learned to think conceptually, craft meticulously, and execute with intention.
During my pre-press concentration, I recognized an instinctive ability to design compelling visual experiences — not just aesthetically, but strategically. That foundation led me to complete a three-year technical program covering animation, design, illustration, video production, and 3D modeling. Some projects even echoed the ambitious spirit of Jurassic Park — pushing creative and technical boundaries at a time when digital tools were just emerging.
As technology evolved, so did I.
My transition into infographics and digital design felt natural. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop became extensions of my creative mind, transforming sketches into scalable digital experiences. But beyond mastering the tools, I was developing something deeper — a systems mindset. An understanding that design is not decoration; it is communication, performance, and impact.
Over the past 25 years, that mindset has expanded into digital marketing, customer journey architecture, and scalable growth strategy. What began as visual storytelling evolved into building full customer ecosystems — optimizing touchpoints, refining experiences, and engineering performance at scale.
At my core, I remain a creator.
A strategist shaped by design.
A builder driven by curiosity and precision.
And above all, someone who believes that the intersection of creativity and structure is where real growth happens.
